Privacy Policy

CosmiX Predict is a community prediction market project operated by CosmiX DAO, a decentralized community. This Privacy Policy explains what information the platform processes and how. By using CosmiX Predict, you acknowledge the practices described here.

CosmiX Predict is designed to collect as little personal data as possible:

• Wallet address — when you connect a Web3 wallet, your public blockchain address is used to identify your account and display your positions.
• Email address (optional) — only if you choose to sign in via email or enable email notifications. You are never required to provide an email.
• Profile data (optional) — username, avatar and notification preferences you set yourself.
• Technical data — basic logs (IP address, request timestamps) generated automatically by the server for security and operational purposes.

The platform does not perform identity verification (KYC) and does not collect government IDs, real names, or financial account information.

Betting activity (placing bets, claiming winnings, refunds) is recorded on the Arbitrum One blockchain. Blockchain data is public, permanent, and outside the control of CosmiX DAO. Anyone can view on-chain transactions associated with a wallet address. This is an inherent property of public blockchains, not a choice of the platform.

• To operate the platform — display markets, positions, and account data.
• To send notifications you have opted into (e.g. market resolutions, winnings).
• To secure the platform against abuse, spam, and fraud.

The platform does not sell personal data and does not display third-party advertising.

The platform uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage strictly necessary for functionality: a language preference cookie (SK/EN) and an authentication session token. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

If you enable email features, emails are sent through a third-party email provider. Your email address is shared with that provider solely for the purpose of delivering messages you requested.

Off-chain data (email, profile preferences) is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your off-chain account data at any time via the community channels. On-chain data cannot be deleted, as it is permanently recorded on the blockchain.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data the platform holds about you. Because CosmiX Predict collects minimal data and uses no KYC, the scope of personal data is limited. To exercise any rights, contact the project through the community channels listed in the footer.

The platform applies reasonable technical measures to protect off-chain data, including encrypted backups and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and private keys — these are never accessible to the platform.

CosmiX Predict is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

This Privacy Policy may be updated over time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy.
