How to Get Started
CosmiX Predict lets you bet CSMXA tokens on the outcomes of real-world events. Here is how to start in four steps.
Connect your wallet
CosmiX Predict works with Web3 wallets such as MetaMask, Rabby, or any wallet supporting WalletConnect. Click Connect Wallet in the top navigation and approve the connection. Make sure your wallet is set to the Arbitrum One network — the platform will prompt you to switch if needed.
Get CSMXA tokens
CSMXA is the token used for betting on the platform. You need CSMXA in your wallet before you can place a bet. Check the How to get CSMXA page for current ways to obtain the token. You can also claim a free daily drop from the wallet menu once connected.
Place a bet on a market
Browse the active markets on the homepage. Each market asks a yes/no question about a future event. Click a market to open its detail, choose YES or NO, and enter how many CSMXA you want to bet (minimum 250 CSMXA). You will approve the token and confirm the bet in your wallet — two transactions. Once confirmed, your position appears in your Portfolio.
Claim your winnings
When a market is resolved, the outcome is determined and winnings are calculated. If you predicted correctly, you can claim your reward from the Portfolio page. If a market is cancelled, your bet is refunded. You have 30 days after a market resolves to claim your winnings.
